I am a fan of Popcap games but recent years Popcap didn't release games for PC any more or very slow. What reasons they are just focusing on Androi and ISO games?

I don't know how is GPU of AMD but I used chip AMD in the past and some games could not run smoothly with it like Intel. I will try to search there cards on Google and see how they are. Thanks

Agree, it is one of reasons why we always want to play multi players. For strategy games, I want to play as single player because I can discover how to finish tasks by myself.

I will keep this advice Is there any good name for GPU with the budget $200 to $300? should I choose Nivida getforce or Radeon? which one is better for games?

I will note this and can up RAM for my PC. Core i5 obviously is better but it should be upgraded when I change the case. I remembered I bought Cooler Master and the seller said me that its enough to provide electricity for all devices on my PC...so I will not worry about this device.

Yes I played Torchlight II because I had not got a chance to play Diablo 3 in the past. it is a good game and I feel difficult to play it in some stages or it has a large map and I have a bit more difficult to solve tasks there. I am having a decent budget around $1200+ and wanted to upgrade my PC case to higher specs next months. My question is, I should focus on spending more money into CPU or Graphic Card? As I know graphic card has its cpu and if I have a good graphic card, I can play more big games out there...

I really don't understand your question. Video and computer games are same ones and I can not distinguish the difference between video and computer games. Anyone can give some explanations on this question?

I like this point and it is why I will keep on using win 7. Honestly I thought Windows 10 is newer version then it will be better older version 7 but maybe I was wrong. :)
