I have played poker before and that is as far as I will go when it comes to gambling. I don't bet on other games, I think that it will take away some of the enjoyment of the game.

I think that it really comes down to the age of the parents. I think that any game would do just as long as they are interested in the subject. I know of some older folks that really like to play golf on their PC when it´s raining.

Not anymore but there was a time that I did, especially if I couldn't get past a level. Since I don't spend the whole day playing like I did before when I was on vacation it doesn't happen anymore.

The first game I played is still around today and is still to a certain point popular, tetris. It was at a friends place and his dad had bought him a console a few days before. The console wasn't new and not exactly up to date but it was better then nothing.

It has a name, it's called censorship. If they want to do this they should create a different section for people that are older then a certain age. A over 16, or something like that.

I think that is one of the main things that determines the platform you choose. For me it was the Grand Turismo that got me interested in playstation, but I am really interested in the XBox Scorpio that they have been talking so much about.

This is true but XBox is planing to launch a new console soon and knowing Sony it won't want to stay behind. I think we are in for an exciting end of the year.

I am currently using a Intel I7 6500U it does ok, I always thought that it would perform better. I guess if you want real performance the only way to go is with a desktop.

I don't think that there is an easy answer. If you have a friend with a xbox give it a try first before buying one. There has always been people defending that game consoles are better then PC's and vice versa. The only real way to fin out which is better for you is to try out both systems...

I haven't bought one yet, but I do like the idea. When they first announced it I thought it wouldn't take off but Nintendo does have a knack of coming out with new concepts and making them work. Sales are really doing well so it´s here to stay.

I agree, in the past people would depend on the review of their friends. If the game wasn't any good then you wouldn't be compelled to buy it but now we have people that will go through the game step by step and show you exactly why it is good or bad.

I honestly don't know, I have been playing games for sometime now and there was a time that I used download a whole lot of free games from online. I would try them out and then burn them onto a cd or dvd. I completely lost track of how many I have.

For me there are two reasons and that is one, to get away from it all. It can really be relaxing after a full days work. The other reason is because you can do things in games that you couldn't in real life.

I think that it is the most compelling point about playing on a laptop, it's mobility. The fact that you can play a game anywhere and at any time is probably the reason there are people that buy gaming laptops.

I'm with you, even though I know that Civilizations IV is going to come out soon I just can't stop playing Civilizations V.

I like strategy games so my favorite game is Civilizations V. They are about to launch Civilizations IV and I can't wait for it to come out.

For those that didn't upgrade for free, it's too late now if you are thinking of doing it you have to pay now. I didn't really want to do the upgrade when I did but I'm glad that I did. If I want to revert back to windows 8.1 I can but I can still keep or install windows from scratch.

I have both Ubuntu 15.04 and windows 10 installed on my computer. I normally jump from one to the other depending on my needs.
