Hi! I have a CPU here with AMD Athlon II X2 ~3.12Ghz, DX11, 4GB Ram with ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series but my FPS doesn't go beyond 75fps. Is it because my monitor is too old or should I change something with the settings?
