Riot Shield in Dragon's Teeth

For those that haven't followed BF4 or the DLC, Dragon's Teeth is set to have a riot shield. This is intended as a two-handed tool, so you won't be able to run around with it and shoot, you'll have to set it down. What are your thoughts?

I'm completely against it. DICE needs to stop adding all these gimmicky cod toys.

I'm not a fan of it either.
It was in Medal of Honour: Warfighter so I guess they used that as a test for it.
