It was a joke.

Your question actually made zero sense since the control panel itself doesn't need password protection. User accounts however now that is a different story.

The salt also wouldn't matter if you were brute forcing since salt is only truly effective to prevent decrypting of the hash. Which you will not get unless you have access to such file(s) on the server.

You can go ahead and try bruteforcing though. However, expect it to block you and no we won't unblock you.
