Updates in Guild Wars 2

It has been found out that these will be some of the updates included in next weekends BWE:

• New minimap
• New dodge UI
• Skills are now tiered to where you have to buy a certain amount of points in one tier before you are allowed to buy any in the next tier.
• Buffs and debuffs now show duration times

A new minimap? I don't see whats wrong with the one they had before. The rest seem pretty good though.
