    Assassins Creed: Black Flag

It's a amazing game, but you know what I think? It's not an Assassin's Creed game, it would have been much much better without being part of the franchise. Just a new, big, IP about pirates! The mechanics were there, the ship battles and ship managements were awesome... the more AC-like parts...

    Do you wait for discounts?

Yes, but this is also true in a negative way since sometime I buy a game just because it have a discount, even if I wasn't waiting for it. Gog, Steam, and similar services offer lot of discounts and this really ruined my wallet, and made my game library grow immensely.

    Hype?

Maybe. It's fan made, but so it's Black Mesa and that's awesome. Republic Commando isn't exactly my favorite Star Wars game, but I'll keep an eye on this... without boarding the hype train.

    The Legend of Zelda

Time for my confession! I never played a Zelda game since... well, I never played a Zelda game, period. I know it's a terrible sin for a gamer, but I never had a Nintendo console, and I don't particularly like emulators so I never had the chance. I'm considering buying the Switch since it looks...

    Steambox

It costs too much for what it offers, and I don't care about consoles-wannabe stuff like the Steambox is. And there are few games on it to be really worth it... No thank you. I would rather build a new gaming PC - after all it's almost time, my little baby is getting old and I can't play anymore...

    What was your first console

I'm not a really old as a gamer, so my first console was just the PS1... But it was a great start for me! I dreamed about having a PS1 for months, playing with it at friend's houses, and when finally the day came.. well, I was just so happy! If I remember right my first game was Rayman 2: The...

    Favourite Video Game Series?

Maybe it's not a proper series, but I always had lot of fun with the citybuilder by Impressions Games (I miss that company...). Caesar, Pharaoh, Empero and my favorite one, Zeus: Master of Olympus. They were pretty fun, complex and simple at the same time, and often with lot of hidden humour...

How Many Hours Wasted On GTA?

According to Steam, I have around 70 hours on San Andreas (my favorite GTA), but I had many many more hours on the PS2 alone, during the distant years of my childhood. As a kid I played only for fun with cheats, then growing up I also finished the missions and story... the damn train.

How much trouble have you been through with gaming?

Me too, as a young kid I played too much and didn't do well at school. Growing up I learned to balance out gaming and social life, even if sometime I still play too much... while other times I pass through phases where I just abandon temporarily gaming completely.

Where do you find your older games?

As Steamroller said, Gog.com is good to find older games. I'll add also a link to the Steam Sega and Genesis collection: here you can find many games from the Sega Drive and Genesis Era, and if you buy one on Steam it will come with an integrated emulator to play without problems. Many classic...

    Minecraft clones

Minecraft is still popular today, so much popular that many games were released being just a clone of it. But some of those clones are pretty good. If you have tried any, what is in your opinion the best Minecraft-like game out there?

What are you looking forward to?

The Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy! I loved, loved, loved those games when I was a child and seeing the footage on youtube give me lots of hope! It's really similar to the original, it has its spirit with an upgraded graphic. MIght be worth it for a PS4 alone.

    Last Game Played?

After finishing Human Revolution, I just started Life is Strange. The game is... interesting, and if the reviews I read are right it's going to be an emotional rollercoaster full of feels. I just played literally for a few minutes, so I won't be giving a full opinion now! But if the rest of the...

    Do you have a PS3?

I don't have a PS3, and I can't buy it... Neither a PS4. Not because they cost too much, you can find a used one really cheap nowadays, but because I don't have enough room at home, and I don't even have a compatible TV screen. I'll stick with the PC gaming for as long as I can, since it...

    The last game you bought?

Well I would say Stellaris since I bought the Humble Monthly... and seven other mysterious games I'll find out in a week! It's the first time I subscribe, I regretted not doing it many times in the past (last month was AMAZING! so many good games I wanted...) so I hope it will be worth it. I...

    Tomb Raider Multiplayer

No, in 2013 they were probably referring to the Tomb Raider reboot, that overrated action games made just of QTE sequences... It was cool to watch, less to play, and it didn't feel at all like a Tomb Raider. It was a good shooter, but a bad Tomb Raider. The two games you are referring, even if...

    Difficulty or Fun?

For me difficult games are lot of fun (I love Dark Souls, and that game is known for its difficulty) but many others might find frustration when a game is too hard. I'd say fun is most important, since it can comes in different ways: with a game being difficult for those who enjoy if, or with a...

    Should Alpha Game be free?

I think we should completely get rid of alpha and early access game, and release a game only when it's completed! If it's done right, the wait will be worth it. I recognize that millions of users can do a beta test better than a few payed experts, but releasing a alpha game seems to be a too...

    Good Adventure PC game

Nice and relaxing adventure games? *look at his Steam list* OK, let's begin: - Botanicula - or everything from the Amanita Design. They are short small game, with a very nice and unique graphic. There should be some free games on their site, try them to see if you like their style. - Myst...

What are some of your favorite classic games?

I spent lot of time in arcades playing Metal Slug: countless hours, always dying in the first levels because it was so hard, expecially for a young kid like I was. I immediately grabbed the games when they were released on Steam! I'm also attached to The House of the Dead 2: I used to have the...
