A lot of my dad's friends built their own Pc and boy those things are fast. Much faster then what you can get at the store.

i built mine or rather helped my uncle build it then he built a new one and gave me this one its shit now though.

Mine is not a custom one at the moment, thinking of making a custom one.

Custom PCs rock! You can get everything you want at a much lesser price of you assemble it yourself than buy a readymade one.

^^^ Woah, bump. And I don't have a custom one (I'm going to make one sooner or later) but I'm probably going to upgrade my current PC with a better graphics card, more RAM, intel core i7 possibly.

I couldn't afford to build my own one at the time so I bought a pre-built PC for £599. The other day I bought some new stuff for it though, Sapphire Radeon HD Graphics Card, gaming Keyboard + Headset... lush and a new 500W PSU

I always build my own computers, not only because it's more cost effective but because you know exactly what you're getting and you choose your quality from start to finish. It's also nice not to be loaded down with bloatware that comes with most all prebuilt computers.
