Are Games Getting Boring to talk about?

Many Forums nowadays are focused on Gaming discussion etc don't you guys think its kinda boring talking about just games and games I mean if its like this site its great at least we are get games by post tons and tons of post and get the games from the Shop but I am talking about forums that discuss gaming and you pretty much don't win any thing much just some user upgrade and things what are you thoughts on this?

I feel there should be more sites like GameRebels out there you know more games the the merrier they say lol but too be honest its all cool.

I don't think there should be an incentive to talk about a passionate hobby - but it's always cool if there is - though that sounds contradictory - but I think you get my point. Anyway, the problem lies in the fact that the posters don't know enough about games and/or they don't really like them. Anyway, that logic is true with any niche forum, some more than others.

Like I said many times before gaming is my hobby. I don't mind going through the other forums where the only thing being discussed is gaming. I have learned so many things from those forums. There are members of a specific gaming forum who are really helpful. Whenever I have some difficulty while playing a game, I usually seek help from the members over there and they are all always willing to help.

No, I don't think its boring to talk about games on forums. But I do find it boring when people beat the same game thread to death and the same person keeps talking about the same thing in the thread over and over. That just kills the thread for me and I see it happen on a lot of forums. Whenever I talk about a game on a forum I do not beat the thread to death and I don't reply in the same thread unless I have something new to add or someone asks me a question.

I have always appreciated my participation on game sites such as game rabel, it's been very educative and informative for me because it's helped me learn lots of new things about games I have never known existed before. I think more sites like this should exist.

It's by talking about games that we end up learning more from one another about the type of games that we play. As a football game lover, I have to say that I've found tons of helpful information since joining this forum and I remain appreciative to the admin for taking out to set it up for it is not really easy to keep such a unique forum up and running. I've never gotten bored talking about games and doubt I will feel that way in the near future .

Not really, especially when talking about your favorite games regarding strategy and playing in general. I enjoy the discussions and while I don't really come looking for new games, there are some great suggestions that I've seen over the course of my stay in these forums.

It can't be boring when.youre talking about your favorite game, it even becomes interesting and entertaining since you get to see what other players like playing and you get to read about other upcoming games as well as reviews of new games currently released in the market.

The thing is that people need to have something to talk about. You can only answer the "what is your favorite game" question so many times before you just start scrolling over threads like that.

The best gaming forums are the ones where people can talk about individual games and the latest gaming news. You have to have a community of people that are genuinely passionate about gaming, and are keeping up to date with what is going on in the industry.

Discussing the latest titles, rumors, and controversies is what keeps things fresh. Answering the same old set of basic questions does not.
