Attack On Titan - Do We Need I7 Seriously?

Well, I was thinking on acquiring Attack on Titan: Wings of Freedom, then I saw some wild requirements:

CPU: Core i7 870 2.93GHz over

RAM: 4 GB
OS: Windows® 7, Windows® 8.1, Windows® 10

VIDEO CARD: NVIDIA Geforce GTS 45

Sweet pepperoni, that's too much. I have i3, 4GB RAM, ATI Radeon 5550.
Would it works? Anyone here who actually have it running in his/her computer?

I guess it's just a CPU intensive game as the requirements for RAM and GPU, really aren't that high considering you can pick up a GTS 45 for around £30 now, it's a very old card.
