I submitted an offer to buy a house tonight. Still no idea what the seller will come back with, but its the first step.

Hopefully in about two months, I will own a home.

I'm at the point of considering getting myself a house sorted soon. But whilst i do have some saved up i certainly don't have enough to drop on a house, and spending the rest of my life paying a mortgage doesn't interest me I'm likely to rent a flat/apartment at some point.

Yeah, I'm just sick of paying rent and it not meaning anything. In buying, it goes to making something completely my own.

I got it when I took over and PTM had it. I haven't had the time to figure out how to use it properly.
