Favorite Game?

Yeah, Pokémon GO is an amazing game (and I'm not saying this just because I'm a cartoon fan :sunglasses!

Well... For me it works as a complete package. But I think the most intelligent / interesting idea of the game it's precisely the surreal interactivity that the game offers its players. I've never played anything like this before.

I should try it one of these days then. Still, I highly doubt it will compare to when I first captured an Articuno when I was in the Seafoam Islands back in Pokemon Yellow. The idea that a legendary Pokemon is now in my team was an awesome and exhilarating experience, one I can never truly match in all the games I have played through the years.

Without thinking twice: I highly recommend it because after reading your last comment, I'm absolutely sure you'll love Pokémon GO. The game was one of the most well thought out hits in the gaming world recently.

I played Pokemon since Yellow, but stopped after Emerald. I felt like it was overloading with Pokemon, and they release new ones yearly, expanding the ever lengthening list of Pokemon throughout the entire series. Now there's genies, time traveling Pokemon, Pokemon from another dimension; I felt like they made so many that the creativity and uniqueness of the characters were diminished, and it was only going to get worse from there.

I can't agree more! For me, Pokemon just got worse after the Hoenn region. Sinnoh was okayish but was a little disappointed with the space stuff involved. They started introducing these "modern" pokemon like lamps, candles, ice creams, and I just completely lost it when they literally had a bag of garbage as a Pokemon. And genies lol. Their evolutions are hilarious too. One scoop of ice cream evolves into a double scoop icecream, one tiny candle evolves into a chandelier, lmao what even. Whatever happened to elements, animals, fish and flower references, dragons and stuff. I stopped looking for the new games after Diamond & Pearl. I just stick with the good old ones now.

Then there's swords, shields; it's like they looked around their office and made a Pokemon out of whatever they saw. Then when they ran out of items in their office, they opened up a picture book and just added eyes and mouths to anything and everything they could think of. It was a disaster.

Lol that is exactly what they did. They probably thought it was genius of them to come up with this or something. As a matter of fact, a lot of really good programs have been destroyed now. Are the creators literally running out of ideas? They're just making a fool out of themselves. I feel sorry for the kids having to watch this absolute garbage.

Grand theft auto is the bomb for me. I really love the game graphics and the control it fives the player. The best part of it is stealing classic cars and keeping them at home!

My all time favourite game would definitely have to be World of Tanks. I've been playing it for 4 years and I've met a bunch of amazing people in the community. :smile:

Is that the 3D tank game where you can flip tanks into destruction? It sounds fun on the trailers, but I never got enough motivation to get into it. Do you just play as tanks or can you get outside of it? Can you customize the tanks? 4 years worth of gaming I'm sure you're the expert on the subject.

Majora's Mask is my favorite game ever. Its atmosphere is so damn unique and its world is incredibly well executed.it feels unlike anything else in gaming despite its adherence to the zelda formula.it's just so different and well executed.
A game that is my favorite out of a lotof recent ones. Is lisa. The painful. Like Majora. It's unique as hell and has a perfectly executed story. Tone and atmosphere that makes the shifts between hilarity and genuine sadness feel organic versus feeling sudden and out of place.

Ah yes, the good old "steal a car and store it, never using it again" when playing GTA. What's your favorite car in any of the games? I'm always a fun of fast but tough cars like the Buffalo or the Infernus. Also, the sound during the drive is what makes the car; the fast cars sound amazing when you are cruising through the streets while on a road trip.

I have so many games contending for that spot, but as always, pro evolution soccer remains my favourite. Another game that comes close is FIFA. In fact, i just relish football games a lot.

I'm not too into adventures yet. Often times, I get bored along the line.

I love to play Farcry 3, this is my favorite one because it have the best story that I have ever played and it is a long story that has a lot of characters and you start from zero, without anything, without weapons or money and you have to conquer the island from the pirates.

I almost got that game this Summer Steam Sale. I chose Life is Strange instead, since I thought the first episode was neat and I wanted to know what happens next. I'll definitely try and get it the next time a sale comes around though. There's Far Cry 5 now being hyped up so if I want to play it I figure I'd try and play the earlier ones before tackling in the big new one.

Fable the lost of chapter without any doubt, i know, Peter Molyneux is a smoke seller, but still is a great game to play and just distract for a few hours.

For me, I'd have to say my favorite game to date has been Star Wars: The Old Republic. Even though it's fairly new, it's pretty damn awesome. I've played up to 50 on a main, have had tons of fun doing that, and am now enjoying all the end-game benefits. My credits constantly fluctuate, but generally my overall count is going up. I craft all the time, do missions(usually dailies) all the time, and I often run all sorts of flashpoints and ops with my guild. I really love the game, and even rolling alts has been fun. I really recommend it to all who want to have a ton of fun making themselves apart of the star wars universe

That's why i was addicted to cs go. cs go was my first ever PC game. Before i purchased CS, I used to play console games. That's why I didn't start out being the best in cs. I started at gold nova 2 (before rank distribution update) and played with a couple of friends. We would play all day after returning home from school. We logged 1,100 hours into the game in 6 months and moved up to master guardian elite.

I love cs go because i love getting better. i love the competition and no other game has provided that for me other than cs go.

I think I'm the same with Dota 2. Been playing it since 2008 (the Dota 1 Warcraft 3 map version) and I had invested a lot of time and effort learning the strategies, characters, skills, and items through the years that I just couldn't simply swap it with another MOBA. I got really good at it by constant practice and play, but then one day I just realized I spent a lot of time (500+ hours on Steam) playing a 1 hour game that got repetitive through the years because of the gameplay itself. I then got bored and moved on to other things.

My favorite game for all time would be Roblox. I played different games even GTA V but it's just that they do not offer what Roblox does for me. I've been playing the game since 2010. I have to say the availability of different games in Roblox is what makes it much more fun and not less tiring. It feels so much more like a hangout game for me and I find it fun to interact with other people. I even find it satisfying to be able to teach younger people something ingame.

Saw someone mention Guild Wars 2 in this thread and I have to say, I agree. It's a really cool MMORPG game and you can be part of clans to join them in their scheduled raids of various dungeons located all over the map. What I like the most about the game though is the boss fights. These are bosses you can't take on alone, you guys would need like 50+ players to take this on and loots dropped from the bosses are very rewarding. I only play on a crappy pc so when boss fights break out, I'm gonna be lagging really hard lol I should buy a new PC
