For me, it depends on my other real-life responsibilities and how much time I spend outside. On an average day, I think I spend around 2-3 hours playing games, either on the computer or my PS4. But if there's a brand new release and it's the weekend then I can spend even more than 6+ hours playing it.

I have to admit that when I was younger I played games for longer periods of time without any break... now I take several in between.

2-3 hours is about the same for me. Up to 5-6 on the weeknds.
