Getting YouTube to stream faster on most ISP's

This really worked for me, and it works on most ISP's (Time Warner Cable, Comcast, Charter and Cox Communications are personally verified). I've noticed a tremendous difference in load times.

The IP ranges to block-
173.194.55.0/24
206.111.0.0/16

How to block the IP's through windows firewall-

Note: You must already have a fast connection to make any use of this.

Hmm, when I get some free time I'll have to try this out, I currently have Comcast so this should work.
