This has been a mod I've been working on throughout the summer, though in all honesty could've finished had I not procrastinated during June. However, finally got it up and onto the workshop about a week ago and decided to share it on here! Feel free to check it out if you have Hearts of Iron!

Haven't played yet so I can not know if it is any good, but from what you say and that it got to the steam best weekly i think it's gotta be fun!

Very interesting. I really wish there were more playable Minors in HOI IV. Glad to see them being modded in.
