[Help] Steam won't launch any games

For some reason, ever since last night, I couldn't get any of my games on Steam to launch. They either just show the 'preparing to launch' screen for a split second, then it closes, or it just shows the mouse loading then nothing shows up. They don't show up in the task manager either, so they aren't opening at all.

I looked online all day and can't seem to find a fix that is working for me. These are the things I have already tried (no luck with any of them):

- Update Windows (essential update)
- Reboot my computer
- Restart Steam
- Reinstall Steam
- Reinstall every game (took a hell of a long time)
- Verified my game cache and files
- Checking for any Steam updates (renamed the .blob)
- Disabling anything else running in the background
- Checked task manager for anything.
- Messing around with the firewall settings for the games/Steam client.

Anybody have any ideas on what could be causing this or what I can do to fix it? Any help is appreciated, thanks.
