Before you say anything, it was a quick template - I do not plan on using it in the future so do as you like with it.
Created it at the beginning of the year when I was in a different forum community.
Hopefully it's also used here.

I think template looks really good. You can add more modern content. Such as flat template fonts and stuff. And this can lead to more of interesting stuff there as well. I am not sure how such website template can be sold. But that is one option worth using. Codecanyon seems to be the place to sell this stuff.
