I thought I would post 2 programs needed for USB modding.
Winrar and Modio 3.0.
I see there is already a Modio 4.0 Beta, but I though I would put up the 3.0.
Winrar: Used for extracting the files. Select the right version for you to download. (Trusted site, I used, no virus).
Modio 3.0: Used for getting the modded gamesave and rehasing and resigning. (Trusted site also, I used multiple times, no virus).
