Recommended Graphic Programs

I have been using photoshop for a while now. It's actually pretty cool and easy to use. The initial learning is somewhat tough but once you get used to it, it will be just like any game we play.
Seeing that GIMP has so many positive feedbacks, I think I will give it a try.

Paint 3D its good to make a simple Userbars But I will suggest or say Pixlr and I used to use Paint.Net but the software its very weak as you need to install plugins might as well go with Photoshop
