You must show a person respect who puts effort into something like this regardless of the opinion or the motives behind his words, in saying this everything he says should be taken seriously as long as information is brought forward in a respectful manor and information to back his words.

Lets begin from your opening paragraph, already a sign of slight disrespect."few who understand the mechanics of Staffing".

Starting to make demands " why it was done, and what the next steps are going to be."

Ends strong with compliments "your sympathy and help during the past week."

Second paragraph, just a simple opinion with no evidence to back " comparatively small part of the staff you should see are kept in Police Mode"
-My personal opinion is staff dont get paid and should be rewarded

Third paragraph,"Staff to turn me into a scapegoat" Cant really comment since I was never there though normally if a lot of people make you a "scapegoat" it means you fucked up and they didn't cover for your mistakes. (No proof I yet)

I love when this happens, he completely disregarded the chain of command tries to involve the head of the community and blows out any chance of ever being made staff again.

You had a strong case, a little biased and mostly selfish though you crossed every staff member and forum member for HL2RP when you ask for staff rebuilding. You were demoted and cant take the heat, understand your place as a user not staff and never go above the chain of command. Even if you are 100% right you just put a target on your back because of this post and how you went about it. RIP
