which one is best regarding comfort when using?

I'm sure if the 2000 is the slimmer version or not, but I think that that is the best one for most things. I never played the other version so I really wouldn't know, but that's the way it seems to me.

I have the first model and never found it uncomfortable. Plus the OLED screen looks better than the 2000's LCD screen.

2000. It's slimmer, feels better in the hand. And of course higher versions are always better!
