PS4 What are your thought on the PS4 Pro?

Before I bought my PS4 Pro I thought to myself "how much of a difference could 4k graphics make?' Well boy was I surprised and shocked with the level of detail in Elder Scrolls online when I went from 1080p to 4k rez. The lighting, the atmosphere, the grass, and especially the rocks and all of the textures in the game were all improved 100 fold. It was like I was playing a totally different game. So if you ask me upgrading from a regular PS4 to the PS4 Pro was money well spent. How about you? What are your thought on the PS4 Pro?

You have to know that many people still don't own a television that would support the 4K technology so they can't experience the graphics upgrade. I do have smart TV that supports it but I am not really interested in buying the PS4 Pro. Instead, I will wait a year or so, when Sony makes a brand new console. The changes from PS4 to PS4 Pro aren't as significant that would justify the $100 price difference. I only got my PS4 a few months ago so I don't think that already upgrading would be a smart investment

I don't have yet a Ps4 Pro, because is too expensive for me, but my best friend bought one and I think is awesome because the speed is much higher and I saw that every game made by Sony for Ps4 is running just fine on the Ps4 Pro, the graphics are much better in pro, and the controller has USB communication as well as Bluetooth. Ps4 Pro worth the extra 100 dollars to invest.

I don't have a PS4 Pro, mainly because it is really expensive and you need a 4K TV to go along with it, and don't get me started on how much it costs. I just hope they won't start making PS4 Pro exclusive games because that would be a problem. But I don't think they will alienate the fanbase like that.

Persinllay I think it's a waste of time why would they want to make another version of play station 4? This is just the one issue I have with game developers they tend to over do things, instead of rushing to make another version why not wait a little more check out what feature people want to see in games check again be sure and they you put this into making a new gaming engine this was the same thing Sony did with PS2 it came in different styles and it was becoming unbearable.

I am kind of on the fence about it. If I had more disposable income, I would definitely consider getting it, just because I think it would be a good long term investment. Looking at it price wise personally I actually think its quite reasonable, as getting a gaming PC that could run 4K at that price point is really tough. Also, I think the PS4 isn't going anywhere, so in future maybe there will be games that are only really playable on the pro. So, my answer is maybe if I had more money.

You need a lot of money for the console and a decent 4K TV. Sony said they will never release games for the pro only, as it's a mid gen release and it wouldn't make sense. Also, a lot of people are still on their ps4 and that would alienate and piss off too many fans. It can happen only if 90% of the users are on the pro, but that seems impossible as most already have a ps4 and are fine with it.

Well, a Ps4 pro in my thought isn't worth buying at this point because either you have to own a 4K television to really get the 4K picture technology out of the system or you are laying in the dust with your pro system.take my advice and leave ps4 pro thing where it is. SOny has already gained a lot from the sales of standard ps4 and still, we are waiting for backward compatibility here. What they are doing is putting our hard earned money into p now which a flop system even who have high-speed internet. Just look at XBOX one x and it's capability.
