I got my dad (53 years old) a joystick-like device from Target a while back that came loaded with Pac-Man, Dig Dug, Galaga and several other games. I've never seen him get that excited over video games before. He said he remembered taking bags full of quarters down to the local arcade when he was younger to play those games, and thought it was crazy that now he could play them whenever he wanted for free. It's crazy how things have changed over time!Oh my God...you are all going to laugh. I am 45 years old, and I remember being over-joyed when my father brought home PONG--I think it was called PONG--where you used a bar to bounce the white dot back and forth. After that, of course, we had an Atari system, which, actually, I loved, and I am still fond of the memories I have of playing Pac Man, Defender, Donkey Kong, and Space Invaders on that home system.
