Where can you get GTA IV Script Mods?

My friend on XBOX who lives in London has Script mods, but He did it himself. Is there a good place that I could send my XBOX in to be modded for GTA IV Script Mods, but is safe and reliable?

I would, but that runs the risk of me ruining the console. I have never done anything like this, and I would think that it would take a pro to make modding a XBOX a success.

Their is always a risk when modding, a risk of breaking something or a risk of getting banned.
