    Best Forum Software

I like XenForo, but it might just be because I'm used to it. Note, I pretty much think all forum software, at least well-known brands, are competent. In fact, problems with them are more than likely due to lack of updates, lack of owner know-how, or bad hosting plans.

Do you give your young children a tablet?

I wouldn't probably give a young kid anything technological. They will more than likely break it or damage it in some fashion - and this stuff isn't cheap to replace. However, though, there might be kid-friendly tablets.

Website owners, who is your webhost?

I host most of my stuff on GreenGeeks and one forum on HostMantis. The first is a VPS and a lot, but it's worth it.

Police in America (racism, police brutality etc)

This whole subject is so racially biased (on all sides). Basically, it's identity politics to the extreme. How can anyone decide truth in this case?

    The Republic of Texas

Another town that is like that, an oasis of liberalism in a conservative heartland, is Asheville, North Carolina. Does anyone know of more? How about conservative places stuck in liberal states?

    "Spoiled Generation"

It's difficult to say what creates a bad egg. I mean, ideally, we would want a kid to be respectful, empathetic, and thankful. However, though, parents get in the way by spoiling and some even screw kids up by doing the opposite - being too strict. :grumpy:

    Your Favorite Atari Game

Being a kid in the 80s, that was a major gaming system. Anyway, my favorite was Pitfall Harry - basically an adventure game like Mario. Possibly the 2nd favorite was Pole Position, a racing game.

How did you start playing games?

I was a kid of the mid and late 1980s so my first exposure to this stuff was Atari and Apple, and my 2nd exposure was the original Nintendo and the SuperNintendo (note the SuperNintendo may have come out around 1990, though). Anyway, that stuff was a blast, even though, it was so primitive...

While gaming on your PC, do you prefer your Computer Keyboard or using a Usb Game Pad

I have never played any kind of game with a keyboard except maybe chess. I'm not used to it and it seems like an uncomfortable way to play. It reminds me of people who use their fingers to navigate a laptop, not a mouse.

Influence Of Video Games On Children

I don't think games which teach the ghetto life and stealing are appropriate. In that case, I wouldn't buy my nephew Grand Theft Auto. However, though, army games, as long as, generally speaking, the kid is playing as a "good guy" are fine.

How often do you buy new games?

I very rarely buy new games because I don't see the point. I mean, unless they just came out, you can find used ones in mint condition. Also, the new ones are simply very expensive.

    Where do you buy games?

GameStop is great for used games and occasionally I might buy a new one from WalMart or Target. However, though, I haven't gotten into Steam and all that, but that might be something to try in the future.

Still possible to find a GameBoy Advance?

Generally speaking, anything is on Amazon and eBay so it should be a problem. Also, there are mom and pop gaming stores which sell old equipment and GameStop. Of course, finally, you might want to check out flea markets and consignment shops.

Police in America (racism, police brutality etc)

The cops issue is very complex mostly delving into this whole ethnic conflict. Therefore, opinions on all sides are highly biased.

Do you go to the Gym?

Ironically, a person can possibly do all the exercises for free with free weights or dumbbells.

    Old v/s new

I'm guessing a lot of old consoles cannot sell for much. In that case, it simply isn't worth it to some people. Anyway, can anyone name some common prices for used consoles? Note, though, of course, the newer the console than the higher the price. For instance, a Wii U should get more than...

    PC vs Console

I don't do much gaming, but when I do, I use the Wii. Therefore, In that case, the PC is used only for other stuff. Nonetheless, in the past, I have played some fun poker machine games. Anyway, I might like to get into PC gaming eventually, as I want to get a gaming computer to do 3D art...

    Old v/s new

It's not the same as updating forum software. Instead, the fact remains that the old stuff is often as good as the new. However, though, sometimes they do put the games for the old console on the new - as with Super Mario All-Stars, but it's probably not the norm. Anyway, does anyone know?
