Sony announced at Gamescom this week that the console will be available in the United States on November 15, 2013.
The PlayStation 4 will be available in Europe starting on November 29, 2013, and will launch in 32 countries (compared to the Xbox One's 13).
The PlayStation 4 will be available for $399.99.
The launch lineup for the PlayStation 4 includes 33 games for the system before the end of the year.
Sony says that there will be 15 disc-based games (which you can also get as downloads) as well as additional download-only titles to make up a total of 33 games for the PlayStation 4.
Killzone: Shadow Fall, Watch Dogs, and Driveclub are among the titles that will appear on November 15 alongside the system.
