Phone ISP and complain.
They like to hit their marketting at Comcast customers, tell em you'll move to them if they don't fix their shit.

Well there support sucks, and they know Comcast isn't available at my location so that didn't work, after hooking up to the modem directly, "Download speed: 9.45mbps, Upload speed: 0.68mbps, Pings:143ms" thats not fast but somehow the speed drops tremendously over wifi, which is strange because i haven't been having any problems before..?

UK ISPs seem a lot nicer ( or atleast mine does ) compared to American ones

not much is offered around here, i mean we are paying $50 a month.. is that good for only 10mbs?
